Drink tap water? That is a first. I wonder where the benefits lie. I do the majority of the things on the list including the tap water. Thanks for sharing.
@Mimi Many researchers recommend that we drink filtered tap water instead of bottled water. There's something about the chemical makeup of plastic bottles that are not great.
