Gingerbread Martini
Happy Thanksgiving Divas and Gents! I trust that many of you are preparing for a great meal with family and friends, so I’ll be quick! I wanted to share a recipe that I discovered last year at the Outback Steakhouse in San Juan, Puerto Rico (I’m sure they serve it in all the locations!). Outback’s Gingerbread Martini was amazing! So amazing in fact that I had two! A month after I found the Gingerbread Martini, I started the Martini Chronicles. I held on to this recipe for almost an entire year so that it would be appropriate for the holiday season, and now…its time!
In fact, I have a few holiday recipes that I plan to share with you all over the next few weeks. But first, here is the Gingerbread Martini….courtesy of the Outback Steakhouse!
Ingredients
1 oz Your Favorite Vodka
1 oz Bailey’s Irish Cream Liqueur
½ oz KahlĂșa Liqueur
½ oz Monin Gingerbread Syrup
Crushed Graham Crackers
Whipped Cream (For Garnish)
Gingerbread Cookie (For Garnish)
Ice
Recipe
1. Rim a chilled martini glass with crushed graham crackers.
2. In a shaker, combine Vodka, Bailey’s, Kahlua, Monin, and Ice. Shake!
3. Strain mixture into prepared martini glass.
4. Garnish with whipped cream and a gingerbread cookie.
Have a wonderful Thanksgiving guys. Remember to be thankful for all of your blessings. There are so many people in the world who are not as fortunate. Say a special prayer for them at the dinner table today.
As always, Drink Responsibly!
