Divas, it is no secret that we are fierce! We are well-educated. We are leaders in our industries. We are leaders in our communities. We make the bacon, fry it in the pan, and we take care of our families. We are truly amazing! But let's be clear about something...all of your amazingness does not give you the right to be rude or disrespectful to anyone. ANYONE!
It does not matter how many degrees you have earned, or how many commas appear in your bank account, or what your stock portfolio looks like, or whether you can afford two slices of cheese on your burger, disrespect is always unacceptable. And your amazing self is better than this. Be kind. Be compassionate. Be humble. Set the trend. Be the example. Use your amazingness to mentor, inspire, and groom, and not to belittle, disparage, or destroy. That is all.
